Cross training…

In light of an already packed summer, I started my marathon training program two weeks early. Recreational ultimate also began in earnest, and pre-season practises shook out the early rust. I also did a lot of biking, from birthday party to Running Man, and even a fifty-kilometre afternoon epic with Chris to southwest Edmonton (with inadequate provisions). I managed to exercise five times over six days without extended repercussions, although I took the next two days off. A bit more biking in the week to come, and then it’s back to running…
