Go…

I arrived in Victoria without much incident. I had just missed the rain, but cloudy days were still ahead. After some strolling around downtown Victoria on Thursday, we spent most of Friday in Nanaimo (our Vancouver trip fell through). Getting lost in the trails and looking for eats and activities made for a very tiring day, although we made good use of our vehicle rental. With less than a day until the marathon, the clouds are parting and Victoria’s beauty is further accentuated by the sunlight. (Now if only my legs will recover in time for Sunday…)
