In an effort to shed my excess holiday weight, I supplemented Running Man’s Saturday morning practises with intramural ice hockey and subbing for Tina’s mom at badminton. The thermometer took a tumble and I found myself shovelling snow on several occasions since the previous entry, and also squeezed in some outdoor skating after running alone in our most recent practise. I started using my Mii Fit again to help track my fitness progress, and I’m slowly returning to game shape with only three weeks until my overseas trip…
