Edmonton Marathon…

On a mostly cool and cloudy morning, I went downtown to watch Lang and Kelvin start their marathon before embarking on my half-marathon with Josiah, Linda and Boon. My “new” running technique lasted my entire race, and I finished inside of two hours with only a few blisters. Josiah set the 21.1K bar at sub-1:45, and Lang completed his 42.2K in just over four hours. Then Tina and I set out on our 5K together and we both finished in pain (but also in style). My first two-race morning is done; my greater race is imminent…
